These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the yomishine service, website, and application (collectively, the "Service") for monitoring power outages and laundry appliance status. The Service requires you to purchase and install compatible yomishine hardware devices, configure them with your WiFi network, and register them through our Service. Notifications are delivered via SMS text messages to the phone number(s) you provide.
Yomishine devices are sold separately from this Service. You must legally purchase or otherwise acquire a device to use the Service. Purchase terms are separate from these Terms and governed by the seller's policies.
Upon purchase, the physical device is your personal property. However, the Service and associated software remain the intellectual property of yomishine.

Yomishine is not responsible for installation errors, incorrect device placement, or WiFi connectivity issues that prevent the Service from functioning properly.

Each yomishine device may be associated with only one user account at a time. If you sell or transfer your device to another person, you must remove it from your account and notify yomishine. The new owner must register the device under their own account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from yomishine regarding your registered device(s), including but not limited to:
Message frequency depends entirely on your device's real-world events. You may receive multiple messages on days when power events or laundry cycles occur, or no messages for extended periods when no events happen. There is no guaranteed number of messages per week or month.
Standard SMS message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Yomishine is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message from yomishine. For help or support, reply "HELP" or contact us at the email address provided below. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely solely on SMS notifications for critical emergency response.

The yomishine device requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network connection. The device does not support 5GHz WiFi networks. You are responsible for ensuring that a compatible 2.4GHz WiFi network is available and provides adequate coverage at the device location.
The yomishine device is designed to monitor standard electrical outlets and common laundry appliances. However, compatibility with specific appliances or electrical configurations is not guaranteed. The device may not function correctly with:

The Service depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including your WiFi network, internet service provider, mobile carrier networks, and device hardware. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Notification delivery may be delayed or fail due to network outages, device malfunctions, or other technical issues.
